Uniquely Knitted Return Policy

At Uniquely Knitted, every product is printed on demand, which means each item is created specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or a change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, we will replace it immediately at no cost. We want every item you receive to reflect the care and purpose behind our mission.


30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.

To start a return or issue request, simply contact us at doug@uniquelyknitted.org
You do not need to ship anything back to us.

Please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Your order number

Items should be in the same condition you received them—unworn and unused—when the issue is reported.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If the item you receive is damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item entirely, we will replace it for free.

Please contact us right away with photos and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue.

No physical return is required.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

  • Fit issues

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, you can place a new order.

If your original item had a production issue, we will replace it for free.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.

To cancel, contact us at doug@uniquelyknitted.org
No return shipment is required.

Items must be unused and in the same condition received when the issue is reported.

 

Refunds

Once you contact us and we review your request, we’ll let you know whether a refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
